Our classes start at
$8.00 for children and minors under 18 years old. $10.00 - $20.00
for adult sessions. Our instruction time is 30 minutes. We have scholarships
available for kids who qualify. If you are awarded a scholarship,
we will purchase all your necessary equipment. So come on in and train
with us and don't let anyone tell you different. Anyone can
learn to box!
Learn Proper stance, breathing techniques, handwrapping,
streching, nutrition, mediciene ball drills, tornado ball, plyometrics,
along with a variety of other instructional and training techniques.
